Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for Spanish International David Albelda at La Liga side Valencia, according to reports. 30-year-old Albelda has been at Los Che since 1995, making over 200 appearances during his 13 year stay at the Mestalla, but has been told by coach Unai Emery that he has no future at Valencia. It is believed that Albelda could be available for as little as £1.5million (€1.9m), with Spurs boss Juande Ramos reported to be considering a move for the experienced defensive midfielder.
