Henrik Ostberg Appointed SVP Human Resources and Sustainability for Boliden

STOCKHOLM, Sweden — Regulatory News: Henrik Ostberg, has been appointed Senior Vice President Human Resources and Sustainability for Boliden, effective August 4. Through this newly-created function Boliden (STO:BOL) (TSX:BOL) is taking a firmer grip on the work with HR, environmental and social matters. Henrik Ostberg's most recent position was at Sapa where he was Group Vice President Corporate Strategy & Human Resources. Henrik has previously worked at Booz Allen Hamilton and McKinsey & Co where he was responsible for change management and organisational design. In his new position Henrik will be focusing on strategical matters concerning HR, organisational and other internal processes.
