KUALA LUMPUR: Bowler Sharon Koh is being counted on to maintain her good showing in the United States when she competes in the World Youth Championships, which begin today in Orlando. Her previous outing in the US this year had been a memorable one. She emerged as the first Malaysian to win a medal in the USBC women’s championships at the conclusion of an 88-day league this month. Sharon was declared a medallist in the singles event with her score of 728 at the USBC Queens, which was part of the league, in Michigan in April. It was the third best score overall.
