By ANNA MARIA BASQUEZ The Daily Sentinel Saturday, July 19, 2008 A Fruita man and Grand Junction woman were arrested late Friday on suspicion of possessing drugs and drug paraphernalia, according to the Mesa County Sheriff’s Department. Christopher Mansheim, 25, had been free on bond after being involved in a methamphetamine investigation in January when he and Heather Noyce, 27, were arrested Friday. Mansheim, 502 Garnet Drive, and Noyce, 463 Greenleaf Drive, were seen Friday night in a white Ford Ranger pickup leaving a residence that law enforcement suspected of illegal narcotics activity, according to an arrest affidavit. Deputies stopped the truck for having a cracked windshield, then searched the vehicle, the affidavit said.
