(OTC Bulletin Board: EKCS - News ), a global leader in perimeter security systems, today announced that four prime contractors were notified that the Integrated Base Defense Security System (IBDSS) contract has been extended through April 2, 2009 with an additional funding of $64 million to secure critical military facilities.
