ANKARA (Reuters) - Two Turkish engineers kidnapped last week in western Afghanistan have been set free and are returning home, a Turkish foreign ministry official said on Monday. "They are safe and now are flying to Turkey with a private aircraft," said the foreign ministry official, who declined to be named.
