LAVELANET, France—Italian rider Riccardo Ricco has tested positive for the banned blood-boosting drug EPO on this year's Tour de France, the French anti-doping agency (AFLD) said on Thursday. The 24-year-old from the Saunier Duval team, who has won two stages in this year's race, becomes the third rider to test positive for EPO (erythropoietin) on the 2008 Tour after Spaniards Manuel Beltran and Moises Duenas Nevado.
