At 10.06am tomorrow, exactly three years will have passed since members of the Metropolitan Police Service's CO19 firearms squad boarded a Tube train at Stockwell station and shot dead Brazilian electrician Jean Charles de Menezes, in the mistaken belief he was a suicide bomber. Members of the dead man's family and their supporters will mark the anniversary with a vigil at the spot.
