DMX arrested...once again at Valley mall on identity theft

02:24 PM Mountain Standard Time on Sunday, July 20, 2008 DMX arrested once again at Valley mall PHOENIX - Rapper DMX is back behind bars Sunday morning, adding once again to his list of countless arrests. This time officers arrested Earl Simmons at the Metro Center Mall on a felony charge of identity theft. The arrest reportedly stems from an MCSO case. Shoppers caught pictures of Simmons as police escorted him away. They say he was fully cooperative. One shopper says she was trying to get a picture with the star when the officers arrived. “He walked straight in because literally I walked out of the store and went back to see if I could get a picture and he walked it seemed to the cash register at Foot Locker and they came up and they were taking his bags and then he put his arms behind his back.” Simmons has had a string of...
