MIAMI -- Production is an excellent way for a rookie to build trust with his teammates. It hasn't taken long for catcher John Baker to win the approval of the club. Scott Olsen, Florida's winning pitcher on Saturday night against the Phillies, singled out Baker's performance behind the plate. In the 9-5 victory, Baker's three-run homer and four RBIs in his fifth big league game spoke for itself. What gained less notice from the casual observer was the way the 27-year-old catcher called the game. "Trust is one of the biggest things with pitchers and catchers," Olsen said.
