By ROGER AMSDEN New Hampshire Union Leader Correspondent 30 minutes ago WEBSTER – A woman who was the maid of honor at the wedding of Cara and Daniel LeBlanc three years ago says she reported her concerns about child abuse at the LeBlanc home to state officials earlier this year and was disappointed when no action was taken. Cara LeBlanc, 29, is accused of repeatedly throwing her 8-year-old stepdaughter down the stairs and beating her with a belt over a nine-hour period July 10. Arrested last Tuesday in Cape Coral, Fla., she has waived extradition and will return to New Hampshire to face charges of first-degree assault and criminal restraint.
