Weekend weather: Still hot, slight chance of rain

Summer will keep its hot hold on the Tri-State this weekend, with high temperatures expected to rise into the lower-to-mid 90s, with only a slight chance of rain present for today and Sunday. The National Weather Service in Paducah, Ky., lists a 20 percent chance of rain through Sunday night. Rain and thunderstorm chances increase to 40 percent on Monday, when the entire region will be in a slight risk for severe weather. It's hoped there might be a slight improvement to the weather over the coming days. Met Eireann says that temperatures are set to reach the high teens over the weekend and 20 degrees by Tuesday with a good deal of dry sunny...
