USA Today Covers Ohio Libertarian Ballot Access Victory

It sounds as if the ruling’s basis could be applied here in Tennessee, too. We have to keep asking of those officials who oppose allowing the new parties on the ballot: What are they afraid of? Tallahasee? Florida has one of the easiest ballot access laws. Even the Boston Tea Party just got accepted The Ohio decision is on solid grounds. The US Supreme Court itself put Eugene McCarthy on the ballot in Texas in 1976, because Texas’ law had been declared unconstitutional.
