Youths celebrate

CATHOLIC youths in Suva have organised a three-day seminar and activities to coincide with the World Youth Day celebrations in Sydney, Australia. Spokesman Tukini Cama said preparations for the three-day celebration began three weeks ago and was the initiative of the youths. "It is good to see that it is an initiative of young people, and taking charge of a spiritual initiative and doing on such a huge scale," he said. "Everything we do here will coincide with the Sydney program. "This program is made up of seminars, adoration of the Eucharist while mass will be held everyday but on Saturday night there will be vigil under the stars at the Sacred Heart Cathedral and ends with the celebration of mass, which will be celebrated by the Vicar General Father Beni Kaloudau."
