Killing Is Seventh In City This Year, Officials Say SAN PABLO, Calif. -- Two San Pablo residents have been arrested in connection with the shooting of a 20-year-old man in the head in Davis Park on Tuesday afternoon, police said Thursday. The victim, whose name was not being released Thursday, appeared to have been shot at least once and was pronounced dead at about noon Wednesday, acting Detective Sgt. Mike Gancasz said. The two in custody, a man and a woman, were arrested at about 2 a.m. Thursday in connection with the shooting, Gancasz said. Their names had not been released as of Thursday evening.
