Kuwaiti FM stresses Cairo cmte meeting ahead of economic summit

CAIRO, July 17 (KUNA) -- Visiting Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Mohammad Al-Sabah stressed on Thursday the significance of just-concluded Kuwaiti-Egyptian joint committee meetings ahead of an Arab economic summit in Kuwait in January 2009. The seventh session of Kuwaiti-Egyptian Joint Committee meetings stems its importance from the fact that it comes before the first Arab economic summit in Kuwait, which was jointly proposed by HH the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, the Kuwaiti minister told a joint news conference with his Egyptian counterpart.
