PointSure Acquires Black/White & Associates

announced that its subsidiary, PointSure Insurance Services Inc., has acquired Black/White & Associates of Nevada, Black/White & Associates Inc. and Black/White Rockridge Insurance Services Inc. from Black/White Group. Black/White & Associates of Nevada, located in Henderson, operates as a managing general agency and wholesale insurance broker, and will serve as the principal location. The three acquired Black/White entities provide business owner's policies, general and auto liability insurance to small commercial clients, general liability programs for middle-market clients, and coverage for select social services organizations, generating about $15 million in annual premiums and approximately $1.4 million annually in fees and commissions.
