By The Enquirer • July 16, 2008 Cincinnati police have arrested two men in connection with a homicide in Bond Hill last month. Cedric Tate, 33, of Bond Hill, was found shot to death in the 1400 block of Franklin Avenue around 1 a.m. June 22. Keith Wright, 22, and Charles Williams, 19, both of Bond Hill, were arrested Tuesday and charged with murder. Police believe Wright and Williams shot Tate once during a robbery.
