NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. stocks rose in another turbulent session on Tuesday, as a pullback in oil prices calmed fears about consumer and business spending. The Dow Jones industrial average (.DJI) was up 113.09 points, or 1.01 percent, at 11,345.05. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index (.SPX) was up 14.02 points, or 1.12 percent, at 1,266.33.
