NBC Universal is defying the boundaries of time. It's not just offering 24-7 coverage. It's more like 212-7. The media company released a schedule Tuesday that includes an average of 212 hours of Olympics each day through 12 separate sources. A story on B2 today says officials even toyed with the idea of using the Beatles song "Eight Days a Week" to promote the pumped up coverage. While you're watching those hard-working athletes nab medals from your couch, know that, as a valued consumer, you played a role in the schedule on the other side of the world.
