- Pedestrian killed by SUV in District Heights A man was killed in District Heights on Friday morning while attempting to cross Pennsylvania Avenue, Prince George’s County police said. The man, who has not been identified, was crossing the eastbound side of Pennsylvania Avenue when he was stuck by a sports utility vehicle and died.
