The city is preparing for an estimated 350,000 viewers at the National Mall , but plans are in place for people who don't want to fight the mob downtown. "Anacostia Park is a wonderful place to go down with the roadway right on the shoreline, plenty of parking and visitors will have a very good view and very good enjoyable time," says Robert Lachance, spokesman for the U.S. Park Police Where you can and can't park is a major part of the planning.
