Ospreys appoint Rees to staff

The Ospreys have appointed Neath RFC backs coach Gruff Rees as their new skills coach. Rees, who was formerly Glamorgan Wanderers RFC Head Coach, joined the Welsh All Blacks in 2006 to team up with Rowland Phillips. In the time he has been at Neath Rees has won two Welsh Premiership titles and the Konica Minolta Cup and is set to be the first of several back-room appointments in the coming days. "The coaching staff will be bolstered further," Ospreys Elite Performance Director Andrew Hore told BBC Sport. "It's going to be different to last year, there will be a lot bigger staff. "There will be other in-house appointments, and we are bringing in an in-house coaching development programme."
