Lois Boone is concerned about the impact the tax will have on School District #57 “Next year we are anticipating that the cost of our fleet vehicles and utilities to heat our schools will be $80,000. That increases to almost a quarter of a million dollars once the tax is implemented. That is money we don’t get back, we cannot tax anyone to get it back and we don’t get rebates.
