By ČTK / Published 26 June 2008 Prague, June 25 (CTK) - The Czech Health Ministry Wednesday put up a tender for the air rescue service worth almost three billion crowns, daily E15 writes Wednesday, referring to the Ministry's server. The winner will control almost the entire air rescue service in the Czech Republic. He will take up eight out of the current ten bases from next January, E15 writes. Foreign bidders can join the tender, too, but they do not know about it. "We do not know anything about any tender in the Czech Republic," Helga Punkel from the German rescue company ADAC Luftrettung told the paper. Participation has been confirmed by the DSA and Alfa Helicopter, now operating the rescue service in the Czech Republic. Each of them has three bases in the Czech Republic.
