We had 13 voters at our precinct yesterday. Thirteen. We got there at 5:45 am to set up and then didn't have a single voter until a couple minutes before noon.Ah, well. That gave us time to learn the new equipment a little better. It is possible to declare a voter deceased and then transfer him to another precinct.
