Police say the body of 23-year-old Dustin Joel Farkas, of Burke, Va., was found about 400 yards north of the River Bend Park boat ramp near Riley's Lock and Swain's Lock on Wednesday afternoon. He was reported missing to Fairfax County police on April 27.
