A growing industry

Olive oil production may not be the biggest industry in Lodi, but it is growing. The University of California, Davis Fruit and Nut Research and Information Center held the Olive Production for Oil Short Course on Friday, and will continue the seminar today at Hutchins Street Square's Crete Hall.
