Finance Sammy Wilson was given a tour of the plant by Trevor Haslett of NI Water Finance Minister Sammy Wilson has followed in the footsteps of Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson by being lowered into the biggest hole in Ireland. Mr Wilson was inspecting work done on the Belfast Sewers Project, which has been under construction since 2005. Wearing a hard hat and safety equipment, the minister was lowered by crane in a safety cage into the pumping station at Duncrue Street to see first-hand part of the six-mile network of tunnels which run underneath the city.
