Too bad, it seemed like the rest of Southie turned out to wish scalper-turned-actor Jay Giannone well as he debuted his “labor of love” - a gritty look at the underbelly of ticket reselling. Jay, who wrote, directed and starred in the indie flick, plays a Southie scalper trying to get his life together. Weeks plays Danny Duggan, an Irish mob boss trying to muscle in on his ticket territory.
