Apax appoints co-heads of Indian office

19 Oct 2009. Source: AltAssets Apax Partners, a global buy-out firm, has appointed Sandeep Naik and Shashank Singh as co-heads of its India office. Naik and Singh both joined the firm in 2004 in the New York and London offices, respectively, and relocated to co-found the India office in 2006. They will be replacing Neeraj Bharadwaj, who is leaving the firm to join venture capital and growth equity firm Accel Partners as managing director in India, according to VCCircle.
