Throwing On 3-Days Rest In Post-Season

At some point this post-season, there's a chance some starting pitcher is going to be asked to make a start on 3-days rest. This got me wondering - since 1969, when divisional play started, which pitchers had the best and worst starts in the post-season when starting on 3-days rest.
