Hall • The Courier-Journal • October 18, 2009 LEXINGTON - Not far from the hum of multimillion-dollar horse auctions and the crowds cheering on the next winner, Keeneland's less-famous library sits in relative quiet, with films, books, even horse shoes that document the history of thoroughbred racing. Atop a hill on the Lexington racetrack property, the Keeneland Library is aiming to expand its collection to be a destination for school groups and others fascinated by the sport of kings. On Thursday, the Keeneland Library welcomed the drawings of artist Pierre Bellocq - better known as Peb in the Daily Racing Form, where his sketches and cartoons have appeared for 56 years.
