PRAGUE, Oct 14 (Reuters) - Disinflation pressures are prevailing in the Czech economy but the poor outlook for fiscal policy remains the main mid-term risk, central bank Vice-Governor Miroslav Singer said in a presentation to be delivered later on Wednesday.
