Leeds Rhinos booked their place in the grand final for the third successive year with victory over Catalans Dragons Danny McGuire chose the perfect night for a sparkling display of stand-off play, firing Leeds to a third consecutive appearance in the Super League grand final as the champions remembered their greatest ever No6. Nobody has worn the blue and amber more often than John Holmes, who was also a member of Great Britain's 1972 World Cup winning team and died aged 57 last Sunday.
