Daley rallies for Olympics once more

Update posted at 2:45 p.m. by Dan Mihalopoulos Mayor Richard Daley today sought one more time to rally the city behind the bid for the 2016 Summer Olympics before heading to Copenhagen for next week's vote to determine who will host the games. Daley did not directly answer questions about the business relationship between Chicago bid committee member Michael Scott and prospective Olympic Village developer, outlined in a Tribune story today. Instead, he took a broad shot at the local media, saying they have been unfair without offering specifics.
