Tampa, Florida -- Experts say it's best to close your drapes and leave your pets at home during July 4th fireworks displays. 'Closing curtains at home will help keep out the noise and insulate your pet so they don't get nervous,' explained Christina Selter of Bark Buckle Up, a non-profit group dedicated to pet safety.
