USTelecom Complains of Onerous Rules in Broadband Stimulus

In one of the first signs of industry sentiment responding to the rules governing the dispersal of the broadband stimulus funds, industry association USTelecom has issued a statement that attacks the "lengthy and complex grant requirements".
