New Guinness Premiership season kicks off with highly anticipated local derby. Wasps will kick off their 2009/10 season as the home side against local rivals Harlequins in the London Double header at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday 5th September. Following that game, Wasps are away to Bath and will then open their account at Adams Park in a repeat of last season's first home match against Worcester Warriors; a game that will be packed full of action on and off the pitch and one that Tony Hanks’ men will want to win to extend their recent unbeaten home record of 11 in all competitions. 2008/09 saw three games played in front of capacity crowd's at Adams Park and 'The Battle of the Capitals' against Leinster Rugby at Twickenham Stadium in front of 33,282. 2009/10 promises to throw up even more of these occasions and not a single...
