The last time the Dynamo played the expansion Earthquakes, the team that succeeded them in San Jose after their move to Houston, some players and coaches were showered with unpleasantries by a small group of fans at Buck Shaw Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif. “We get yelled at all the time,” Dynamo coach Dominic Kinnear said. “Fans have short memories.” Players, on the other hand, don’t.
