Foreign ministers from 27 European Union (EU) nations gathered here on Monday for their monthly meeting to prepare for the European Council summit on Oct.15-16 and discuss situation in Zimbabwe and Belarus. As part of preparations for the summit, the ministers will discuss the results of Sept. 1 extraordinary EU summit on Georgia and EU-Russia relations.
