Former GM molded roster with key free agents, drafts By GARY ESTWICK • Staff Writer • October 13, 2008 Former Titans General Manager Floyd Reese is enjoying life on the other side of football, working as an analyst at ESPN. He still lives in Nashville, commuting to Bristol, Conn., on weekends. More than three decades of football experience runs through his veins. During his tenure with the Oilers/Titans, he drafted three future rookies of the year — running back Eddie George, defensive end Jevon Kearse and quarterback Vince Young. Reese has watched his former team, and many of the players he drafted, charge to a 5-0 record.
