Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund Announces September 2008 Distribution

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 10, 2008) - Boston Pizza Royalties Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:BPF.UN) announced today a cash distribution of 11.5 cents per unit for the period from September 1, 2008 to September 30, 2008. The distribution will be paid to unitholders of record at the close of business on October 21, 2008 and will be payable on October 31, 2008. Same Store Sales Growth for the period January 1, 2008 through August 31, 2008 was 1.1%, compared to the same period last year.
