Iran and the Republic of Ireland have decided to expand parliamentary relations to the best possible level. Ebrahim Rahimpour, Iran's Ambassador to Dublin, said the Islamic Republic is ready to send parliamentary delegations to Ireland "so that issues of bilateral concerns can be discussed in detail". Rahimpour made the comment in a meeting with Irish parliament Speaker John O'Donoghue.
