Last Saturday, the hopes and dreams of all Cubs fans were swept away in the autumn wind as Manny Ramirez, Manager Joe Torre, and the L.A. Dodgers won game three of the first-round playoff series 3-1. In usual Cub fashion, Manager Lou Piniella and the Cubs didn't just lose. They were swept, despite having the NL's best record, and not to mention, their best regular season record since 1945.
