OKLAHOMA CITY — Prosecutors in northern California have decided not to seek criminal charges against a Rice University student from Oklahoma who was discovered unharmed after disappearing eight months ago. Police at the University of California at Berkeley arrested Matthew Wilson Aug. 13 after finding him in a classroom after school hours with a laptop they believed was stolen.
