By Seattle Times staff Snohomish County sheriff's deputies say someone painted swastikas on dozens of hay bales in a field near Marysville. Deputies say that a passer-by called 911 at 5:30 p.m. Sunday to report seeing the bales, said sheriff's spokeswoman Rebecca Hover. The bales, wrapped in white plastic, are in a field at 34th Avenue Northeast south of 136th Street Northeast. "At this point we don't know when it happened.
