Clouds return to Beijing as rain greets sailors in Qingdao

Beijing - After two days of sunshine, sporadic light rain and clouds greeted the athletes Sunday for the third day of athletics events at the Beijing Games. Temperatures were a comfortable 22 Celsius for the women's marathon although the rowers are expected to compete in around 29 degrees at the Shunyi Olympic Rowing Park later in the day. Athletes competing in the evening session at the National Stadium will have to deal with temperatures in the region of 25 degrees.
