Hamilton, Rangers win again in Scottish league

Newly-promoted Hamilton stayed top of the Scottish Premier League after a 1-0 win at Inverness on Saturday. English striker Richard Offiong scored in the 45th for the Accies, who won the first division last season. Hamilton also beat Dundee United 3-1 on Tuesday. Hamilton leads second-place Rangers on goals scored. Rangers beat Hearts 2-0 at Ibrox with Kyle Lafferty scoring in the 37th minute by side-footing a cross from Madjid Bougherra. Hearts had chances to equalize but went down to 10 men in the 74th when substitute Saulius Mikoliunas was sent off just nine minutes after coming on for Laryea Kingston.
