The Courier-Journal • August 13, 2008 The teenage son of a woman who was indicted last month in what Jeffersonville police called a road-rage shooting was charged today as a juvenile in connection with the incident. The Clark County Prosecutor’s office filed a juvenile delinquency petition in Clark Superior Court charging the 15-year-old with misdemeanor battery. Witnesses told police that during the June 17 incident, the teen got out of his mother’s car and kicked 52-year-old Wesley Mosier of Corydon as Mosier lay wounded after being shot in the chest. The shooting occurred after Mosier got off his motorcycle on Tenth Street at Allison Lane and walked back to the car of Yalanda Parrish. Mosier told police that Parrish had been tailgating him and he wanted to ask her to stop. Parrish told police she fired in self-defense....
